framed pictures and drawings
Visiting a friend in Nice, France, I spent five days in the city. I bought a carbon copy notebook and started to draw quickly things I saw. Each drawing is made in one particular place. When the drawing was finished, when there was nothing else to copy, I took a picture with a point-and-shoot camera, a picture of something i didn't draw.
Back home, I printed the pictures and paired them with the drawings and their carbon copy. With the timestamp of the picture, I could tell which drawing was made on which day. I framed all the drawings/pictures made on the same day in the same frame, so that each frame is one day, some visibly busier than others.
