pencil on paper, acid free paper, museum grade conservation cardboard

Drawings with no purpose made during train trips to kill time. The drawing’s paper is a cheap italian phone book.
After the book was complete, I tried to find a way to keep the drawing in good shape. The paper is really bad quality, so I went to an antique book restoration shop. We made a conservation job with colored acid free paper. This kind of paper exists in a variety of colours. I chose completing or opposing colours regarding the drawings, and pasted them on museum grade conservation cardboard. A conceptual work based on non-conceptual drawings which reminded me of works of Richard Tuttle.
